My first alarm goes off at around 4:30, the second one starts going off around 5, and I usually get up by around 5:10.

This morning, as the first alarm went off, my mind translated the *HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK* of my alarm into a verbal announcement of how much spam my firewall at work had picked up over the weekend. Just by the way, my mind really believes I get lots of spam: 13,143 items to be exact.

I think about work WAY too much.
